3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information regarding their health, allergies, or skin conditions that may affect treatments.

• Clients must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent for services.

• Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any inappropriate conduct may result in refusal of service.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or in person.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards, digital payments, and cash.

• All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services.

• If unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make reasonable accommodations.
